📋 BASIC REQUIREMENTS 

✅ Age: 21 years and above
✅ Background: Basic proficiency in martial arts, fitness, or teaching (optional but preferred)
✅ Training Requirement: Must have completed and passed the Basic Foundation Level and begun Intermediate Level training
✅ Passion: Strong interest in teaching and empowering others
✅ Commitment: Willing to undergo physical, theory, and teaching assessments
✅ Communication: Good command of English or Bahasa Malaysia

📋DISCIPLINE & CONSISTENCY (CORE REQUIREMENT)

✅ Punctuality: Consistently on time for training
✅ Consistency: Regular attendance and commitment to training
✅ Practice: Actively practicing and improving what has been taught
✅ Attitude: Coachable, respectful, and focused during training

➡️ Without these, you will not be considered for the TTT certification.

NOTE: Students intending to pursue the Train-The-Trainer (TTT) program will undergo a stricter assessment during their all levels of training compared to regular students.

📋 TEACHING ELIGIBILITY LEVELS

The teaching eligibility is as follows:

➡️ Eligible to teach Foundation and Intermediate students independently
➡️ Conducting workshops independently is subject to Head Coach’s approval

Advanced Level (Completed)

➡️ Eligible to teach Foundation, Intermediate, and TTT programs
➡️ Conducting workshops independently is subject to Head Coach’s approval

*Note:
Students enrolled in the TTT program are expected to complete their Intermediate Level by the end of the TTT training period.

📋 TERMS & CONDITIONS 

• Intellectual Property Protection: All training materials, techniques, and syllabuses under Urban Street Defense (USDC) are the exclusive intellectual property of the organization.
• Teaching Limitation: Certified instructors and trainees are not permitted to teach, reproduce, or represent the USDC syllabus under any other brand, school, or organization name.
• Brand Integrity: The USDC name, logo, and curriculum may only be used by instructors who are officially authorized and recognized by the Head Instructor or management.
• Violation Consequences: Any individual found teaching or promoting the USDC syllabus under a different brand may face: Immediate revocation of certification and teaching privileges. Legal or disciplinary action, depending on the severity of the violation.
• Approved Collaboration: Collaboration with other centers or instructors is only allowed with prior written consent from USDC management.

• Right of Amendment & Admission: Urban Street Defense (USDC) reserves the right to amend, update, or modify any part of its syllabus, assessment criteria, or program structure without prior notice to maintain quality and relevance.
  USDC also reserves the right to accept, suspend, or terminate any student or instructor based on conduct, performance, attendance, or non-compliance with its code of ethics.

• Right to Certification & Disciplinary Action: Completion of a level or course does not guarantee certification. Certification is granted only upon meeting all performance, attendance, and assessment standards. USDC reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or deny certification and to take disciplinary action against any individual who violates organizational policies or brand standards.

• Right to Media & Branding Use: USDC reserves the right to use photos, videos, and recordings taken during classes or events for training, documentation, or promotional purposes, unless an individual formally opts out in writing.

• Right to Maintain Brand Integrity: USDC reserves the right to restrict or revoke the use of its name, logo, or training system by any individual or center found to misuse, misrepresent, or act against the organization’s values or brand image.

• Final Authority: All decisions made by USDC management regarding violations, approvals, or collaborations are final and binding.

Duration: 10 Private Sessions (1 – 1.5 hours per session)
Validity: Must be completed within 6 months
Fee: RM2,500 (One-off payment)
