1st Month

  4. Concept of Simplicity – how it affects your learning & muscle memory registration
  5. The On Guard Stance
  6. Footwork & Distance Control (when to run or strike?) 
  7. Power Line: Straight Line Principles
  8. Non-telegraphic Motion : No pre-warning signs before striking
  9. The Science Of Striking Explained
  10. Lead Punch, Finger Jab & Cross
  11. Accuracy & Non-Hesitant Training

2nd Month

TERM 2 (Intermediate: APPLICATION)

1st Month

  6. Scenario Training (Stress Test) – Single Opponent

2nd Month

3rd Month

TERM 3 (Advanced: COMBAT FIELD Test)

1st – 6th Month

  1. Sharpening The Basics & Intermediate Skills Applying them into Random Attack Scenarios
  2. Scenario Based Training (Stress Test) – Random Single to Multiple Opponents
  3. Full Contact Sparring With Gears (Stress Test)

Terms and conditions

Applicability

  • The above rates apply to private classes ONLY (Max 2 pax).
  • We are open to discussing terms should you be interested in a longer-term engagement.
  • If you have more than 2 pax, you may check with us for the rates.

Time and Venue

    • The class will be conducted at our chosen training location.
    • You may request the instructor to come to your place to conduct the training (for selected areas in Klang Valley only). An additional RM20-RM40 surcharge per trip applies to locations more than 15km from our trainers.
    • Training time and day must be pre-arranged with the instructor before or after signing up. (i.e. Every Monday 4pm-5pm).

Expiration and refunds

  • The expiration policy requires completion of all Private Training Sessions within 30 days (4 sessions package), 60 days (8 sessions package), and 90 days (12 sessions package) from the date of the contract.
  • Private Training Sessions are void after the expiration date and no refunds will be issued for any reason.

Declarations

  • You warrant and represent that you are in good physical & mental condition and have no medical reason or impairment that might prevent you from participating in Urban Street Defense Centre’s Course. If you have any health concerns, you are to consult with your physician prior to participating in Urban Street Defense Centre’s Course.
  • Urban Street Defense Centre’s Course may naturally involve the risk of injuries, whether caused by you or someone else. In consideration of your participation in the activities offered by Urban Street Defense Centre, you understand and voluntarily accept this risk and agree that the instructor, assistant instructors, employees, volunteers, agents and independent contractors will not be liable for any injury including without limitation, personal, bodily or mental injury, economic loss, directly or indirectly resulting from the actions or negligence of the training venue or anyone on the training venue’s behalf.

Cancelation and Force Majeure

  • Private Training Sessions that are not rescheduled or canceled 24 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture and a loss of the financial investment at the rate of one session.
  • Clients arriving late to class will receive the remaining scheduled session time unless other arrangements have been previously made with the instructor.
  • If either Party is affected by Force Majeure, it shall, as soon as practicable, notify the other Party of the nature and extent of the circumstances in question.
  • If the Force Majeure in question prevails for a continuous period in excess of [six (6) months], either Party shall be entitled to terminate this engagement by a notice in writing given to the other Party and a 50% refund in the value of the remaining session/s shall be paid to the client.
  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, no occurrence of an event of Force Majeure shall relieve our organization to deliver its due lesson/s as soon as practicable.

A three-month intensive course in self-defense specifically designed for women and is only offered on-demand and during certain seasons.

HRD Corp Claimable in-house training program that covers practical self-defense with aspects of laws and HR policies related to personal safety against workplace violence, physical threats, and sexual harassment. Learn not just by theories but practical lessons as well.

Public Programs

HRD Corp Claimable Public Program for organizations to send 5 or lesser people to attend our program. An alternative to our in-house training program.
